Xyrena products are protected by an extensive portfolio of global patents, trademarks (including common law rights), and copyrights, both issued and pending, including but not limited to those listed below.
Xyrena vigorously asserts its rights to protect its intellectual property across all jurisdictions, under the full scope of applicable laws including the Lanham Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Economic Espionage Act (EEA), and international treaties governed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our patented designs, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets, whether domestic or international, will be met with swift and decisive legal action. This may include cease and desist orders, civil litigation to seek damages, and, where applicable, criminal prosecution. We are fully committed to pursuing all legal remedies available under both U.S. and international law to defend our intellectual property and secure enforcement against any infringement or counterfeiting activities.
Xyrena also produces officially licensed products, and our licensors retain all rights to their intellectual property that may appear in connection with our products. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials will be subject to appropriate legal action to protect the licensors’ rights.
